Fall Semester of 2011: Tom Jamerson was a guest lecturer to the VCU, School of Business ACCT 610 graduate class "Forensic Accounting," wherein he lectured to graduate accounting students regarding evidentiary rules, evidence management and the role of an expert witness.
June 15, 2011: Jeremy Pryor and Tom Jamerson presented at a meeting hosted by Yount, Hyde & Barbour, P.C. in Fredericksburg, VA, on Elder Care Planning. Jeremy's topic was Medicaid Planning and Tom spoke on Veterans' Aid and Attendance Pension Benefits.
December 15, 2010: Eldridge Blanton presented "Personal and Financial Planning in Tough Times" in Washington, DC for MorganStanley SmithBarney.
October 28, 2010: Eldridge Blanton spoke to Wells Fargo meeting in Williamsburg, VA, on "Personal and Financial Planning in Tough Times".
October 22, 2010: Eldridge Blanton was the speaker for the quarterly meeting of NAIFA Richmond Chapter, held at The Westwood Club. His breakfast topic was "Estate Planning - The Good, The Bad & The 'Not Pretty"'. He also was the presenter for two seminars on "Medicaid Asset Protection Trust' and "Don't Die in 2010-The State of the Estate Tax in 2010 and Beyond".
September 14, 2010: Eldridge Blanton spoke on Charitable Giving Strategies for The Arts Council in Charlottesville, VA.
September 10, 2010: Eldridge Blanton and Jim Garrett presented "Medicaid Planning using The GAP Living Trust" for the Richmond Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals at the Westwood Club.
August 24, 2010: "Making the Best of Times Last." at the Westwood Club. Eldridge Blanton was joined by Kelly Decker, Ph.D, of New York Life Insurance Company and Janet P. Faraone of Senior Solutions of Richmond as they discussed how proper planning for financial and care-giving needs, can lead to peace of mind and more enjoyment in life for the retiring generation and their mid-life children.
July 29, 2010: Eldridge Blanton, Jim Garrett and Jim Van Horn presented "Estate Planning Pitfalls to Avoid" for the Innsbrook Rotary Club at The Hilton Garden Inn, 4050 Cox Road.
